Levis 96.9 telecasts Hip Hop, Talk and Rock. It is French community station broadcasting in Levis. The Director General and President of the station are Gaston Gourde and Guillaum e Ratte-Cote respectively. An autonomous non-profit radio is a community channel that permits citizens to take part in the production of its shows and democratic management. It produce shows that meets the community requirements by giving them a different variety of services like dissemination and cultural promotion, local and regional information, community development, economic improvement and dissemination of content of societal interest. The channel provide an aid to encourage the socio-economic community lives, enrich their cultural diversity and boost their cultural heritage. It endorses citizen involvement and participation and promotes the maintenance of public health and safety.

On 31st December 2009, it singed on air with some temporary arrangements of Commission. After some technical problems, the channel went offline as per suggested by Canadian Industry on 31st January 2010. In 2013, Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunication Commission recommend to increase the effected radiated power to 110 watts. The transmitter power was further raised to 509 w in October 2016 and in the same year the upgrade of the license of a station was also approved by Canadian Commission.
